- WWWhitneyJun 24, 20265.0Dr Garza helped my pet during an emergency. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment in my area our vets are so busy, and after hours 24 hour emergency care is a crucial need in my area unfulfilled so having good Dr's like her even a drive away, is a relief as a pet owner. Thankfully my emergency wasn't life threatening and my pet should make a full recovery.

Explained the dog was scared still wouldn’t allow us to be with her through the process. Vet tech came out claiming my dog bit a tech and they wouldn’t release her body to me after euthanasia so we could burry her at home. They stated that animal control needed to take possession of my dogs body. My dog has never bitten anyone ever. Ended up taking my dog to a different hospital because staff was rude, unkind and have no compassion. After this experience I wouldn’t take a stray there to be helped.

- RLRyan LamicaApr 28, 20261.0Our dog was urinating blood and extremely nauseous. We rushed to redwood and asked for assistance. Keep in mind is says 24/7 emergency care. The Dr. told me we just don’t have time… I said we’re the only people here… she replied I have a lot of appointments today and am short staffed. I just can’t help you. I was in shock. I hopped on the freeways and went to VCA who immediately took vitals, and got our puppy the medicine and help she needed. Honestly I’m appalled at Redwood and think they need to be audited. 1 star isn’t low enough.
