- MTMai Takieng4 days ago1.0Today 8-19-2026 it’s been over 2 month trying to get appointments and they have nothing, they haven’t been answering their phones. They are having issues obtaining a doctor and now we are having to drive all the way to Vacaville for labs. SMH they have no problem deducting monthly payments monthly. We will not be signing back up for this service

I've had my appointment rescheduled due to staffing issues several times. I had an appointment rescheduled for 11am today (previously rescheduled and confirmed by them), when I showed up with my puppy, the office was closed. Another person was waiting outside with their pet, and they mentioned that their appointment was at 10.30am. We both waited well past our appointment times to see if they would open the office and they never did. This is extremely unprofessional and lack of care for people's time and pets. I will be looking for a new veterinarian office.

However, the corporate office needs to get their act together and allow this location to do dental cleanings again!!! I am very upset with corporate for not allowing this location to do dental cleanings because one vet is out on leave!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
