  I had a very disappointing experience with the grooming service at this store. After picking up my dog, I noticed that her face was not properly cleaned and parts of her fur (especially behind the ears) were still wet. This is not just a cosmetic issue because leaving a dog partially wet can lead to skin or ear problems. What was more frustrating was the follow-up process. I contacted customer service and clearly explained that I was not comfortable returning to the same store. However, I was repeatedly redirected back to the store instead of being offered a resolution.

  Request Dr Pressler! He's awesome! We had a great experience with him for our Petco for a vaccine appointment. He was kind and very knowledgeable. His exam was thorough and he pointed out how to cope with some issues we've experience with both dogs. I highly recommend him and hope we are so lucky to get him again for our next visit at Petco! Petco also offers 20% off on first time vaccination visits.

  I called the store prior to coming. I was looking for an item for one of my animals. I was told that the store had the item in stock. When I arrived to the store 10 minutes later, the store did not have what I needed. I was not happy about that.

  As a guinea pig owner of many, I'm always left sad after leaving Petco and how they treat baby guinea pigs. GP are highly social and should not be sold or caged alone. It's cruel and no-one that works there seems to remotely care. Why work at a pet store if you don't understand the animals and sweet pets you are selling?. Ive adopted many lonely GP from this store and to see their personality come alive when they have other piggies to play with is Key. PLEASE SOMEONE at this store LEARN how to handle Guinea PIGs. It's so cruel how you treat them. They all look madly depressed.
