- SCSaul ColoverOct 15, 20265.0They recently earned a spot on consumer advocate Susan Thixton's "The List 2026" for meeting rigorous human-grade and full ingredient transparency standards—which, to me, is a massive trust factor. Beyond the food, the customer care from Tre, Madison, and Kam is incredible. They all remember the little details and nuances of our dogs' eating habits, which is quite impressive. Tre is a master at making you feel immediately welcomed and valued. Madison is incredibly engaging and, just like Tre, deeply knowledgeable about all things JustFoodForDogs. Kam is exceptionally friendly and equally knowledgeable about the products, always ready to guide you to the perfect choice. They are never pushy; they don't have to sell this food because it sells itself. Our dogs basically endorse it just by staring up at the counter, thrilled to eat! It is a blessing to have this food available; it has had so many positive impacts on our dogs' quality of life. While many dogs love their chicken recipes, ours have allergies, so we are incredibly grateful for the Tofu. It started as a test flavor and immediately became a permanent staple on our dogs' menu. Outstanding! Wish you much success always. Stay pawtastic and keep those tails wagging for more!
