  I can’t believe how helpful these girls were! Bri helped me through every step of the process for my pups (6 months old and timid)! I wasn’t sure if they were going to do well with grooming, and she made sure I knew they would be handled well. She sat with them and made sure they were comfortable before taking them in. She and Makani helped us so much, and we WILL be back. They treated them like they were running their own business. I have two young Great Pyrenees. I expected a stressful situation, but it went SO well!

  On 5/18/2026 I received Exceptional Customer Care and Service compliments of associate named Jeremiah. He assisted me by locating two boxes of my dog’s regular wet food from the back stockroom when it was absent from the store shelves. He then rang of my purchase, thanked me and wished me a great day, and did this entire experience with a smile. As this day was exceptional, I will also add that I have for years always received excellent care from the sales and stock floor team with questions and locating products, as well as the completion of my purchases. Cheers to all and Keep up the excellent work.

  The fish I bought died the next day and you guys don’t give a warranty for fish PetSmart give’s a 24 guaranteed warranty for their fish so I probably won’t buy fish there anymore You definitely need to put a guarantee on fish
