  Nick was so helpful. He was so knowledgeable about all the fish he helped us select the correct tank and the correct fish to gift. A friend was so kind and patient 10 out of 10 experience with Nick. Unfortunately nicks manager mike was not very nice to his employees as he rudely told nick to rudely “get out” as nick was assisting us with checkout

  Nick was great! He was so patient with us and was very helpful! He is so passionate about animals. His manger Mike on the other side, extremely rude, extremely impatient and yelled at nick in front of us. That is not how you treat your employees and that is not how you speak to your employee in front of customers. Seriously who made this guy a manager?

  No one greets you or helps you, asks if you need help finding anything, NOTHING! The WORST customer service and I've been here twice, standing in the fish section wanting help for 20 minutes and just left. Dont come here unless you do self service.

  I give this location -3 stars. I was greeted with horrible customer service when dropping off my dog for grooming. To make matters worse, they turned my dog away because she is on arthritis medication. The interaction was so negative that I no longer felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care. In fact, I was concerned that if this is how they treat customers, my dog might not receive the care and attention she deserves, so I chose to take her elsewhere. Find another groomer.

  I am writing this review to give a shoutout to team members Nick and Francisco. I came in to buy a betta fish and set up a new home for him. Nick spent a good 20 minutes answering all my questions, doing price and quality comparisons of the products, and letting me know about sweet discounts. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. Francisco also helped me with applying the discounts at checkout Service: 5/5 Store cleanliness: 5/5
