Have never had such amazing, caring, kind,
Helpful, thorough help given to my cat and myself. No other vet, no other human doctor ,has come close. The other caring help from his assistant and everyone there, was a true pleasure . Beyond outstanding!!!!! A true gem.
Thank you ! As your folder says, your practice
Is changing the world, one pet at a time”
A candle of
Light, can spread through the world
.it has given me some
Hope, in so much darkness in the world.

Took my dog here for the first and LAST time because our vet of 18 years passed away. The reviews don't truly represent this business.
Our appointment was for a general check up, we were on time and expected maybe a 10 minute wait, tops. The longer we waited, the more it seemed like we'd never see a vet but you keep thinking it can't POSSIBLY be much longer...and then you've already invested 45 minutes into the wait and you feel like you MUST BE next to see the vet... Our dog gets carsick so even getting him to the vet is a challenge. AN HOUR later, the vet tech strolled in. No apologies, no explanation.
When my small dog was barking, she got scared and left. She brought the vet in after another wait. After advertising a nearly $400 "wellness package" for our healthy dog, we politely declined their recommended full-panel testing (since he is a healthy 1 year old dog with no issues at all). He's our 4th dog so we aren't new to having fur babies. It seemed like an unnecessary, unwarranted test for a healthy, active, puppy, we didn't want to poke and prod where it wasn't needed.
The vet requested to take him to the back where medical staff are the only ones permitted. I'm not sure what they did with him because we were not told anything about our puppy's health. He was kept for 20 minutes and then returned with a long receipt of price options: for the wellness package, without the package, just a check-up, etc. Although they advertise a visit as being $45, there is a $14 "medical waste disposal fee" mandatory for all patients. Whether or not any procedures were done. Although we weren't told about the health of our puppy, or even the weight, we were charged $59. That is the baseline for the visit. It would be a good price, if it included everything a normal visit should (like a weigh-in, checking ears, physical, temperature check, and anal gland secretion). When we asked for an anal gland secretion, they declined and said it would be "too stressful" for our dog that they had just stated was no longer barking and had calmed down considerably. But the blood test in their "wellness package" was apparently not considered stressful.
After another wait that felt like an eternity, we were finally charged for the visit and left. In all our time there, we only saw a single vet and single vet tech coming and going from the rooms.
In conclusion, the lack of time-management, lack of communication regarding delays in appointments, and the pushing of unnecessary medical testing while refusing routine procedures gives this business a 1-star review. The 1 star is for the fact that it's about $5 cheaper than our previous vet (who was phenomenal and did everything mentioned above for a flat rate of $65, giving all information regarding the health of your puppy, allowing questions about that information, and never making you wait longer than 5 minutes without notice. Maybe my expectations need to be adjusted. That's up to you to decide, kind reader.)
