Don’t go here if you value your time. I came in for the final dose of a vaccine, which should have taken just a few minutes. Instead, I waited 80 minutes to see the vet, and the delay was never communicated beforehand. They already had all my pet’s information and knew what the appointment was for, so they should have done enough preparation in advance to make the visit efficient. If you offer appointments, you should plan accordingly and respect customers’ time. An 80-minute wait for a simple vaccine is unacceptable.

For what was supposed to be a five minute appointment, turned into standing in line for two hours. People were not told the correct information on which line to stand in, And there was total confusion. The vet text stopped in all of this to appear to take a break. I was informed that the employees all showed up late which caused the severe delay. Never going back.

Took my three cats to get annual vaccines. Check in staff was friendly and quick. The vet assistants man handled my cats before they even got on the table. We informed the staff that we medicated the cats as a precaution because PetCo is loud and can be anxiety inducing. The assistants grabbed my cats scruff very aggressively and slammed them down on the table. When the vet, Dr Gurtej Sarai, began the vaccines, one of my cats reacted as one would if they were being grabbed and slammed and noted my cat as “hissing” and gave me and my significant other a dirty look as if it was our fault our cat was upset. Don’t be a vet if you can’t handle a cat or dog not enjoying their treatment. I did not appreciate this experience at all. I would NOT recommend this location, vet, or assistants to ANY pet owner in the area. I am very disappointed in VetCo and PetCo in their handling of my pets and how they treated us owners when they treated my animals poorly. Very unprofessional for a vet to give a patient a dirty look when they are bad at their job. Sorry you can’t get your own practice. I would highly recommend VetCo and PetCo to reevaluate their relationship with Dr Gurtej Sarai as he does not understand animals and their behavior. I will also be formally calling PetCo and VetCo to report this behavior and this vet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR VET TO ANY OWNERS.

Dont go！I have 4:50 appointment and I arrived there 4:40 but I waited for an hour to see the vet. There‘s no separate room for waiting/vaccination！They even have separate room for grooming！ U have to stand at the corner besides the line for normal petco checkout. Its really noisy and lots of ppl crossing. My cat is a little afraid of dogs and after waiting in tiny cat bag for an hour，he’s really annoying and talks a lot. The vet tried one min to take him out from the bag and my cat screamed without attacking（bite/stretch）. I said I could take my cat out，the vet refused and said they cant do it without even trying！ My cat is really sweet，I took him to different vets multiple times before and all other vets said hes super sweet. Its a waste of my life，if I knew the environment is that bad earlier，I would never make an appointment！And the price is not that appealing，Id love to pay a little more to get a nice experience
