  Este lujar me gusta pero lo que no me gustó es que en una compra que ise y regrese nunca me regresaron el dinero y no se porque solo decían que la avía pagado con una tarjeta diferente si solo page con una y yo solo tengo 2 tarjetas no ay pierde ni confusión 🫤 able a mi banco y le digeron lo mismo que page con tarjeta diferente 😡 megor lo dege así eso Dega mucho que decir de ellos tengan mucho cuidado al comprar en este lugar

  Generally my experiences at PetCo in Santa Barbara are very positive, with one exception. During one recent trip for cat food the cashier (who I had not seen at this store before) said I did not have any points on my membership for a deduction on the total purchase. When I went home, I checked on the receipt and there were over 18,000 points. That didn't sit well with me.

  I can’t say enough great things about the grooming team at Petco Santa Barbara, especially Sarah💕 After a disappointing grooming experience elsewhere, Sarah completely exceeded our expectations. She was patient, detail oriented, and incredibly gentle with our dog Luna-Tuna. I even stayed to watch part of the session and was amazed by her skill and calm approach and Luna was completely relaxed and clearly loved her\. We chose the full grooming package for around $120, and it was an outstanding value. It included bathing, grooming, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning, and Luna looked absolutely beautiful afterwards. The staff was friendly and professional, and the location in Petco made drop\-off and pickup very easy. Sarah truly brought out Luna’s personality, and we are so grateful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Sarah and her yeam to anyone looking for a caring, talented groomer!!
