  Went in there I saw a dead fish and it looked like it had been there for a while so I called someone over (which i later found out was the manager). The fish was kept in a container where it was continuing to decompose which is never a sight you wanna see when you’re excited to go into Petco. The manager himself, came over after I told him there was a dead fish and he said “is that all” and I was standing there shocked. He took the fish and threw it away like it was nothing. Disgusting behavior and even worst management.

  This is definitely my go-to Petco, and I come here quite often to restock on my dog's favorite food. The store is consistently clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The only real downside is that they definitely need more cashiers on staff; the checkout lines can get pretty long, especially during peak hours. Overall, despite the wait at the register, I still really like coming here for my pet needs!

  First time getting fishes, I want to thank Josh for the patience the positive energy and for helping me and my sister, grab everything we needed to purchase for our new fishes. Great customer service💯 Thank you once again Josh😄

  Excellent service ! Love my old place pleasant and always helpful , wish i knew his mame because he needs to be recognized for being so patient with me . Often times at stores their employees are not welcoming but this young man was sweet, patient, polite and had a good sense of humor we love it . Thank
