I’m definitely not a person who wastes my time writing negative reviews but this place is so horrible I couldn’t just let it go. It’s painful to give it even 1 star! Let’s just say, Ii wouldn’t take my dogs there again if it was the only vet in town!! Do yourself and your pets a favor, stay away!!

All the employees were kind and my dog really felt comfortable. They also went over all fees prior to doing anything, which I think is very respectable.

I took my cat here because I was concerned about some things but I didn’t take him to his regular vet because for a physical it would be over 300 so this place had a free coupon for physical exam. I took him they told me what his concerns can possibly be about but they offered me the leukemia vaccine so I agreed due to all the benefits. I took him another time for the leukemia vaccine that was scheduled and they told me there would also be a blood test I was confused because I didn’t know that and they said to get the leukemia vaccine there needs to be a blood test so I just said okay whatever do it. They come back telling me they’re going to give him another vaccine and I said why they told me what it was for but I’m someone who always says yes if it’s for the health of my cat but I honestly wish I had hold off to think about it because at the end I’m paying out of pocket for all this. After they told me the price I was stunned also because they charged for pet visit again which is around $80 which is crazy because his last vet never charged for another visit??? This place just wants money, now I know to always hold off on additional things they offer because it’s always more than you think. So keep in mind they will always charge for an office visit.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
