We are accepting new patients now.
I have been going to Banfield for 8+yrs, with 4 pets now, and have always had a planned outcome. Meaning, even if there was an issue there's been caring responses and resolution. They are good at remembering your pet, and there's special needs. ;) ,always come out happy. The only thing is they are short staffed/busy most times so can be loud'ish and somewhat chaotic'ish..being aware you don't get seen sooner so coming right on time, I've found is better ( for the patients) and parents:)

Genuinely the worst veterinary experience I’ve ever had.
I first brought my cat to this Banfield last month because she had a large bump on her lip. This location doesn’t allow owners in the exam room, so after having her for about five hours they called to tell me the “bumps on her gums” were normal cat anatomy. That wasn’t even the area I brought her in for. I had to explain that the bump was on her lip and ask them to have the veterinarian look again.
When I picked her up, they prescribed medicated wipes for the bump. I asked whether they were safe if she licked them since the bump was on her lip, and the staff member responded, “It’s not her chin?” After they had my cat for roughly six hours, no one even seemed to know where the lesion was. It was incredibly concerning that the reason for my visit appeared to have been misunderstood from the start.
During that visit, they also performed her exam and administered her first FVRCP vaccine.
Today I returned only for her FVRCP booster. She had already had an exam with them a month ago, so I did not schedule or request another one. After about 20 minutes, they came out and told me they refused to administer the booster because she was “aggressive” and suggested bringing her back on gabapentin.
I was shocked because I have personally watched Georgie receive vaccines at other veterinary clinics without any issues. She has always tolerated handling well, and this has never happened before.
To make matters worse, I was then charged approximately $100 for an office exam that I never scheduled or consented to. No one informed me before taking her to the back that they were performing another billable exam instead of the vaccine appointment I had scheduled. The vaccine was never administered, yet I still paid for a visit that did not accomplish the purpose of the appointment.
Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different veterinarian and make the drive there just to get her booster completed within the recommended vaccination schedule.
The front desk staff I interacted with during both visits was consistently rude and dismissive. Looking through the reviews afterward, I was disappointed, but not surprised, to see that many other clients describe similar experiences at this location.
I will never bring Georgie, or any future pets, back to this Banfield. I strongly recommend finding a veterinary clinic that communicates clearly, treats both pets and owners with respect, and provides the care you’re actually bringing your pet in to receive.

The entire team, including the doctors and staff, have consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion you show your patients.
