  Best vet yet. Unreal how easy it is to get an appointment without much advance notice through the app, over phone, or in-person. The staff is super caring and communicative. The extended hours and wellness plan make life with caring for my doggo a lot less stressful.

  Do not ever take your pet to this place for anything somewhat serious. My cat wasn’t eating so my husband took him in, asked the vet for specific bloodwork and tests. Vet blew him off and essentially said my cat was fine just had a little infection. Fast forward a few days later my cat still wasn’t eating, took him back. Different vet held him ALL DAY trying to find a reason for his infection. Misdiagnosed my cat with FelV (impossible, indoor only hairless cat, other cats in house were negative, and he was negative previously), and pumped him full of fluids all day while jerking me around over the phone. Eventually had to take my cat to the emergency vet - he had severe hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, his abdomen was so incredibly filled with fluid (put in there by Banfield), he could barely breathe. My cat died a few days later. Banfield misdiagnosed my cat, didn’t take his breed into account when searching for answers on why he was sick and not eating, and actively made him WORSE. His condition would not have progressed so fast had they actually known what they were doing. This place DOES NOT CARE about your pets. They only care about taking as many clients and making as much money as possible. Go to Aguajito instead.

  We had a very great experience for our first time visiting and they handled us with care and was very thankful for their assistance in such a timely manner.

  Disclaimer: in order to use the free first visit coupon from Banfield, you need to actually print out the coupon and bring in a paper copy. Their regular fee to be seen is $94. Not a reflection on the staff, as they are just doing their job, but wanted to make people aware in case they're counting on that BEFORE going in. -- I had a fantastic urgent visit with my senior chihuahua, Ladybug (Lady). The diagnosis was quick, the staff was kind and did a great job explaining everything. The appointment availability is fantastic. I scheduled an appointment in the middle of the night to be seen that morning. They took great care of her. I was in and out in about an hour. If dogs could type, I'm sure she would give 0 stars due to having to wear the Cone of Shame for 2 weeks.
