  Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Store needs better air filtration system, my asthma triggered the moment I walked into the store, could not stop hacking and clearing my throat for the time I was in the store, actually could not wait to get outside. It was my first incident though, never had that happen before in all the years I’ve been going to that Petco.

  Sad store, rude employees, and aisles blocked creating safety hazard. Will shop Dublin store for all around qualiry.

  The manager was awful, he seemed like a 25 year old that lives in his mother’s basement. He was hesitant to help up as tried to deny us buying FEEDER FISHES because he didn’t know the size of our tank! It was as if he didn’t want to sell us fish, he even said we couldn’t buy fish from anyone else because he was a manager. I swear that if I had known about the horrible reviews this Petco had on normal maps instead of google maps I would’ve not gone. FYI Petco, that “manager” is ruining your business in this location. Don’t recommend, just go to PetSmart instead, at least they can treat customers with respect.

  Rudest “manager” I’ve ever experienced!!! Went in to buy some feeder goldfish for my kid as she wanted fish but I wanted her to learn on feeders first. They are much more resilient than standard aquarium fish. I ask the kid near the tanks for a couple of scoops of feeders, maybe 20 or so. Punk starts demanding what size tank I have and what kind of fish. NONE of his business. I reiterate I just want feeders. He states hes the manager of the store and refuses to sell them to me. Goes on some weird rant about how the feeder tank is “thousands of gallons of water” and it’s his responsibility to NOT sell me fish unless I tell him my tank size. I kept repeating they were feeder fish. He kept on about it being his responsibility to make sure the fish were going to be appropriately taken care of. FEEDER gold fish. In the end I just left and went to PetSmart where you’re not grilled by some snot kid about feeder fish care. If my kid keeps with her fish project, I will certainly NEVER buy at Petco. Most infuriating Mother’s Day experience ever. And their Bettas looked half dead as well.
