  This is for their aquariums (and staff) only. Maybe they have great dog or cat people, I don't know. But their staff that handles aquariums and general management is abysmal. DO NOT BUY FISHES FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL INFECT YOUR AQUARIUM AND KILL ALL YOUR FISH! We bought 4 creatures (3 fish and 1 shrimp) from this place and they all died within 4 days + also killed our other fish with a bacteria. Their tanks are dirty and grimy, the staff doesn't know what kind of fish they still have or don't, and the girl transferred the fish we selected with her bare hands to bags. I thought that was odd but didn't want to say anything, I should have. The price tags they have on their aquariums are so old, they are from the Roosevelt era. Theodore Roosevelt. The smaller problem is the general weird attitude the staff has. They are seemingly all younger people (GenZ teens) who really don't want to be there. Bored and annoyed faces, very slow in their work, often not knowing what to do and needing help. This has been going on for about 2 years now with a seemingly high employee rotation, are they not getting any training from management? My advise is for the chain is to IMMEDIATELY start a big cleaning, sanitation and inventory project for all their aquariums including bacterial treatment. I might notify animal welfare if that doesn't happen.
