    This was the worst experience for my dog ever. (she is 15 months)She was there 4/19 for her Bordetella shot w/Dr. Gray. She was perfect! Sweet, quick,friendly.The assistants were great. 6/18 Lola got 3yr Rabies & 3yr DA2PP. The assistants were young(Aleena,Fatima,Jacqueline)trying to pin my dog down who was freaking out& scared. Made me put a muzzle on her because of their ineptitude. Yelled at me to NOT touch my dog. The vet was taking her sweet time listening to Lolas heartbeat, knowing my dog was anxious & scared. I'm trying to calm her down & one of the gals kept yelling at me to NOT touch her. I finally said, "DO NOT TELL ME NOT TO TOUCH MY DOG", YOU ARE SCARING HER. SHE'S VERY SWEET, NOT EVEN TRYING TO ATTACK YU. HER EYES SAID IT ALL. Finally Dr. ODonoghue gave her the shot. I told her that was the worst experience ever & that they were all horrible! I will go to my Vet from now on & pay the expensive price because they are fabulous!

    We took the newly adopted cat to the vaccination. We made an appointment. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, they refused it at the first glance because the cat was hissing. It’s a messy setup. No separate rooms or anything. We had no information on that before going. Didn’t feel friendly treated either.

    I took my dog to see your vet for a check up and several vaccinations. She is a very nervous, skittish dog but your vet was amazing. He was so patient with her and very careful not to make her anxious.
