Scam. I got my dogs vaccinated last year in 2025. The vaccine was suppose to last 3 years so expiration date should be 2028. But they listed the expiration date as 2026. When I came back to ask to change the record, they refused and asked me to just get another dose. I don’t know how trust worthy the “clinic” is if they cannot even handle inputting records correctly. Also DO NOT get their package deal if it requires multiple dose. They will try to charge you again for the subsequent dose that was suppose to be in the package. Or at least they will try to sell it to you as if it was part of the package. I got their 6 in 1 and fecal parasite check kit. Some of the vaccines require multiple dose. I went back for second dosage and they tried to charge me. I also called their customer service line and got the run around treatment typical of corporations. Told me to go in and ask the people on site to help.

This was the worst experience for my dog ever. (she is 15 months)She was there 4/19 for her Bordetella shot w/Dr. Gray. She was perfect! Sweet, quick,friendly.The assistants were great. 6/18 Lola got 3yr Rabies & 3yr DA2PP. The assistants were young(Aleena,Fatima,Jacqueline)trying to pin my dog down who was freaking out& scared. Made me put a muzzle on her because of their ineptitude. Yelled at me to NOT touch my dog. The vet was taking her sweet time listening to Lolas heartbeat, knowing my dog was anxious & scared. I'm trying to calm her down & one of the gals kept yelling at me to NOT touch her. I finally said, "DO NOT TELL ME NOT TO TOUCH MY DOG", YOU ARE SCARING HER. SHE'S VERY SWEET, NOT EVEN TRYING TO ATTACK YU. HER EYES SAID IT ALL. Finally Dr. ODonoghue gave her the shot. I told her that was the worst experience ever & that they were all horrible! I will go to my Vet from now on & pay the expensive price because they are fabulous!

Took my puppy to get his 2nd set of shots with vetco, because his 1st round was given to him by a vet and not them, I was told he would need to start over, and when I refused they said his shots would not be valid. Rather than explain why they didn't count his initial first set of shots, the girl told me I didn't need to get his shots with them. Needless to say, I walked out and called a vet who was just as confused as to why they weren't counting the first set. Won't be back take your money somewhere else they just want to over-vaccinate so they can charge you more.
