  I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everything about the visit made me feel like my dog was genuinely cared for — not just treated as another appointment on the schedule. A special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he deserves recognition. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. The receptionist is the first impression you get when walking into a veterinary clinic, and he immediately made the entire experience feel comfortable and organized. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about both the animals and the people bringing them in, and that absolutely came across. The veterinarian who saw my dog was equally amazing. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name either, but she was exactly what you hope for in a veterinarian: kind, calm, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. She took the time to examine my dog carefully, listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what she was seeing and what the next steps should be. At no point did I feel rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience. One of the biggest things for me when taking a pet to the vet is trust. Our pets can’t tell us exactly what hurts or what they’re feeling, so you are putting someone you love completely in another person’s hands. That makes patience, communication, attention to detail, and compassion incredibly important. I felt all of those things during this visit. The entire experience — the reception, the care, the communication, the professionalism, and most importantly the way my dog was treated — was excellent. I actually wish I had written down the names of both the gentleman at the front desk and the veterinarian because they both deserve to be personally recognized by management. They represented the clinic exceptionally well. It’s rare to leave a veterinary appointment feeling this confident and appreciative, but that’s exactly how I felt. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who truly considers their pet part of the family. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  While the veterinarians themselves are kind and helpful when providing updates over the phone, my experience with the front desk staff has been extremely frustrating. There have been repeated issues with scheduling, billing, and even my ability to access necessary medication for my pet. In trying to stay on top of my dog’s wellness care, I’ve had to speak with multiple employees and repeatedly revisit the same issues without resolution. The communication feels disorganized, and there’s a consistent lack of listening or willingness to problem-solve from a customer perspective. I understand that options for pet care in this area are limited, and this clinic is one of the more affordable choices. However, affordability doesn’t make up for poor customer service. The front desk experience has made an already stressful responsibility—caring for a pet’s health—much more difficult than it needs to be. I would go to another place if i could afford it. These kind of employees are the reason it sounds better to be selfish and NOT have insurance that is affordable, but I love my pet and she needs regular check ups. I hope the clinic takes steps to improve communication, accountability, and overall client experience moving forward. I’ll be picking up my pet soon, hopefully without any issues.
