  The doctor was great but the assistant seemed like she didn't want to be there. I told them I was only interested in getting the stray cat vaccinated, specifically rabies and FVRCP. She listened then without explaining what they are planning to do, she went straight to tell me just the total amount of around $400 and I asked why is it so much for rabies and FVRCP? she then finally disclosed the itemised lists of all the extra testings I didn't ask for. Before the doctor even stepped in the room, I already felt unwelcome by the assistant's attitude alone. I get that I brought in a stray with no records beside my words of reassurance that she was vaccinated last year but I was willing to start her vaccines all over if needed. The assistant just seemed to judge me with every answer I gave. Overall, everyone was great but I spent the most time with the person who probably didn't want to interact with anybody that day so it really ruined the whole experience. For that $100 exam fee, any other local vet would've been better than being there.

  When I made reservation online and check in with front desk, none of the anyone informed me that I can’t use free exam voucher for more than 1 cats. Both of my cats were first time visiting. Technician and doctor didn’t even tell us before exam. After exam they show the exam fee then said I can’t use voucher. You are getting 0 for the 100 dollar I lost.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Mamidi at this Vetco Total Care location. I brought my dog in after seeing a concerning growth on her gums and was hoping to have her examined. Instead, I was told she could not be seen because her rabies vaccine was overdue. I understand that veterinarians have policies and safety considerations, but what made this experience so upsetting was the way it was handled. Dr. Mamidi was impatient, dismissive, and lacked the compassion I would expect when someone is bringing in a pet they are worried about. This was a huge step down from the care I previously received from Dr. Rosete. She always took the time to work with pets, even those that were a little more difficult or anxious, and genuinely cared about making sure they received the care they needed. She was patient, understanding, and made me feel like my pet’s well-being came first. In contrast, I left this appointment feeling like my concerns were brushed aside without any effort to help or discuss possible options. Whether this was hospital policy or Dr. Mamidi’s clinical decision, the communication and bedside manner were disappointing. I wasn’t looking for special treatment, simply wanted my dog to be evaluated and treated with compassion and Dr. Mamidi does not provide that

  I bring my two dogs to the Vet clinic. I am vet pleased with service provided and price is reasonable.
