  Petco has been grooming my dog for about two years. He has always had a nice cut after the visit. I have never had any groomer make a bad remark about my dog.

  Brushed my pet before haircut to avoid complains about Knots .I asked to do 4/5 level hair cut . Last visit went well , this visit was very bad , hair cut done for 2/5 which is full shave . They did not call me to procced with 2/5 level cut . My pet smelled very bad after hair cut and bath . Charged 2 times for hair brushing . Not sure why they are charging this for full shave ? Paid for long hair hair cut price . Nails was not done at all , said they are not doing it because they are required now , same said 2 months before . I dont how nails would not grow for 4 months . I see them very long and sharp . Looks like its easy to shave off full hair on the pet and pay full price for hair style and not happy with the bath , had to do re bath after coming ack home . Dont feel groomers are responsible for keeping hair style . Any minor cause they try to shave the dog off without contacting Owner .

  The person who trimmed my dogs nail was AMAZING. She was so patient and kind with my doggie. She was also careful and patient. Her name was Aileen. I would go back to visit her 100%. I am very particular on who gets to handle my dog because she has bad anxiety, but Aileen was incredible. The loss of one star is for the person who helped me check in. His customer service could use a refresher. Online it states all nail trims are walk-ins and require no appointment. I understand if it was going to be busy, but I did exactly what it said to do online... I walked in. He immediately came in hot with an attitude stating it could be completely up in the air if someone is available or not and that I shouldn't expect to be seen until he talks to his colleague. I was completely understanding this whole time and maintained patience as he checked. Then he requested my phone number which had no records so he was rudely requesting pet records. I found them and he demanded my phone without asking for it. He reached out his hand without saying anything (weird behavior yet again). He then proceeded to tell me I need to make a vet appointment because things were outdated. Nothing was outdated that was required for my dog to be seen. It was things that did not matter in this situation. If dog HIPPA violations existed, he broke it. Then he asked if my dog has ever been here. I told him she had been before but probably under my moms number. This unlocked a can of worms with him. He kept telling me its best I use her number to begin with to not waste his time in the future, etc. It was just overall always something wrong with what I said. As a customer, its exhausting. If you're bored with your job or having a rough shift, there is no need to take it out on a customer. Overall, his interactions were borderline rude every time, and his customer service was scarily bad. He seemed like a nice guy which is why I am not aiming to leave a bad review with like zero stars, but maybe serve more as a reflection of his actions.

  Aileen is fantastic! We’ve seen her for several sessions now, and she always does an amazing job. I asked for a very specific, shorter cut on Miya’s ears to keep them out of her food bowl, and Aileen executed it perfectly. Miya is always so comfortable with her. Highly recommend. We will be back! Thank you, Aileen!

  The staff are all happy and energetic. This was my puppies first grooming and they worked with her and she do amazing. I will definitely bring her back to this location.
