Both of my cats were first time visiting. Technician and doctor didn’t even tell us before exam. After exam they show the exam fee then said I can’t use voucher. You should get 0 star for the 100 dollar I lost.

Which felt hypocritical because she let it be known that the animals well being was important yet the betta fishes are in small cups and look sick. We also had pictures of the tank and the filtering. Disappointed, feels like we are banned from buying animals from now on.
