  Worst customer service I've experienced. I was waiting by the fish section for 10 minutes without seeing a single staff member. So I circled the store once, saw no one, and asked the cashier to call someone over to the fish. She stared at me dumbfounded and asked if anyone was back there, I told her no, and she said she'd call an associate. 10 minutes later, no associate. I circle the store again, only seeing ONE employee doing stocking in the back, so I circle to the front on my way out to let the cashier know I think she may be the only one on duty. She tried to correct me but I just kept walking, irritated I wasted a 30min commute just for shit service. As I walked out with my son, she joined in with two other young ladies to make fun of me and laugh. So I'll never be coming here again. I don't expect much from Petco, but this location and that cashier were TRASH.

  They are the best.I bring my dog here for grooming all the time.Jessica is so good.I could not be happier.She is so kind.My dog seems so excited when he sees her and so am I.Super nice people.Staff are so passionate about working here.Loved my overall experience..🙌🙌

  The only thing that I like a lot is there vetco it's convenient and professional I like it. I don't like calling the store and they told me they had something in stock that he did not so round and round. People should not answer the phone and say they have a product I'm looking for when they don't and they don't even carry it.. Another thing I don't like is this is a multimillion dollar business can't even put air conditioning in the building they've got these funky fans. When store start getting so cheap that they can't make it comfortable for you I don't even like going there.
