  They are the best.I bring my dog here for grooming all the time.Jessica is so good.I could not be happier.She is so kind.My dog seems so excited when he sees her and so am I.Super nice people.Staff are so passionate about working here.Loved my overall experience..🙌🙌

  The only thing that I like a lot is there vetco it's convenient and professional I like it. I don't like calling the store and they told me they had something in stock that he did not so round and round. People should not answer the phone and say they have a product I'm looking for when they don't and they don't even carry it.. Another thing I don't like is this is a multimillion dollar business can't even put air conditioning in the building they've got these funky fans. When store start getting so cheap that they can't make it comfortable for you I don't even like going there.

  The blue dog harness I purchased online was too big, I checked before returning it and your website showed a blue one was available in the correct at the store where I picked up the original. When I arrived a couple of hours later, they only had pink, so I requested a refund. There were issues making the refund because there were no barcodes to scan on my emails or digital order confirmation receipt. Fortunately returned it in the same brown paper bag from my earlier pickup which had a barcode sticker on the front. Transaction refunded, but made way too difficult due to your outdated software system. This incident reminded me why I stopped shopping at Petco.
