    My dog gets very nervous before and during vet appointments, especially because of past experiences, so finding a team that is patient and understanding makes a huge difference. I had such a great experience at this location. They called in advance, took the time to understand his needs, and were very accommodating with scheduling to make sure he would have enough care, patience, and attention during the visit. That meant a lot to me because appointments can be stressful for him, and as a dog owner, you just want to know your pet is being handled with compassion. The team was thoughtful, patient, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about making the experience as comfortable as possible for him. I really appreciated the extra communication and the way they approached his anxiety instead of rushing through it. I’m so grateful for the care they showed and would absolutely recommend this location, especially for pets who are nervous or need a little extra patience.

    I took my cat in for an examination required for pet insurance, and unfortunately the clinic recorded both her breed and date of birth incorrectly in the medical report. I notified the clinic the same day and was told that a manager would need to make the corrections, which would take about two days. However, I never received any update. When I followed up again, I was told that the report could no longer be changed and that there was nothing they could do regarding the situation. I want to acknowledge that the front desk staff were very friendly and genuinely tried their best to help throughout the process. My frustration is not with them, but with the clinic’s handling of the issue and the lack of follow-through. As a first-time cat owner, this was a very disappointing experience. Incorrect information in a medical report can potentially affect pet insurance records, and I am still concerned about whether this may cause problems in the future. I hope the clinic can improve its communication and correction process so that other pet owners do not encounter the same issue

    I wanted to share some wonderful news regarding my 16-year-old Chihuahua. I recently spoke with the veterinarian about the supplements I have been giving her to help extend her life. He added by suggested a specific prescription food supplement, and she absolutely loves it! It has made such a difference that she is now asking to eat three times a day. It is amazing to see her with such a great appetite and so much energy at her age.

    Fitz has been a patient for approximately 3 to 4 years and her teeth cleaning with the preventative care is definitely worth it. The team is excellent. Everybody cares. They recognize me when I arrived to pick up my dog which I love. And the doctors are great too.
