Since March 2026, I have been trying to contact Temple City Animal Hospital to obtain my cat’s vaccination records. It is now June, and I have yet to receive the records or any response. Requesting basic medical documentation for a pet should not be this difficult. I am not willing to stress out my cat and drive 45 miles through LA traffic to get care. Obtaining information over the phone and have it emailed that should be readily provided upon request. It is not that hard. I am now assuming they no call/response are necessary since I am no longer giving them my money. Very disappointing experience with communication and follow-through. I’m relieved I no longer have to rely on this hospital for my pet’s care.

Stay away from this hospital not only did they almost kill my dog they took zero accountability. Nelly theit supervisor is also beyond rude and a joke. Stay away fron here.

Never had a bad experience and they treat Logan like a dog, it sounds weird but only because he has birth defects. I've read the reviews and trust me they are not like that at all. Pricing is also the same almost anywhere, plus they treat my dog really nice. Please understand animals out of there comfort zone may act different, even aggressive. They know how to deal with! For last check up Logan was being a pain in the ass, growling, throwing he weight around and they handled it and got him to calim down. Also he's fat!!
