  Waited 1 hour for a checkup for my cat and she got these mutant invincible fleas that could not be killed by frontline.

  Overall experience was a 9/10, the staff and front desk ladies were super nice and patient. This vet is definitely more prefered then the one in rosemead. However, it is a bit pricey

  Took my baby here to get her thyroid checked out on July 16th as she had been eating way more than usual, but had lost a significant amount of weight. They did blood test for thyroid, kidney, and asked for a stool sample. I take the stool sample in that Saturday, and asked about her blood results as nobody had been in contact with me about them. Found issues with thyroid and was prescribed a medication for them that I was told I had to order through a pharmacy they work with. Once I got the prescription email I went to order it and was charged a $5 service fee (for the pharmacist who put the order together or something I’m not even sure) and then they wanted $14 for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. There were issues with delivery (not their fault but it made me want to have an option to pick it up or something) and I contacted them in regard to other options for receiving it. I got a called while at work so had to call them back and the person who answered seemed dismissive of my issue with the service and shipping fee and told me they would have someone call me back about this issue to give options as she wasn’t the one who had originally called me. Told them to just send me an email as I was at work. The email I received stated that this medication is not widely produced, (Chewy has it without a service fee or shipping charge) and they had some pill options at the clinic. (The medication I ordered was a gel for the ear as my cat is 17 years old and doesn’t do well with pills. I don’t want to fight her as she’s fairly delicate at this age.) They also told me they will not fax or email prescriptions so I would have to physically stop into the clinic each time to get one. I don’t know what kind of kick backs they’re getting for working with this pharmacy but it makes me upset to feel like they’re trying to strong arm me into using them when there are other options out there for me to use. And still no call about results from her stool sample after nearly a week.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not go here unless you wanna waste your time and money. I took my dog here and had me waiting and waiting to get called up for my dog to get checked up, my appoint was at 9 and they didn’t call me till abt 20 minutes later when it was not even busy, plus those girl at the front are pretty rude and like I said will have you waiting, when they called me they took my dog and myself to a room to get checked up one of the girls talked to us then left and said we had to wait for the actual veterinary doctor and we waited abt 20 mins for her to come in just for her to keep telling us the same bs and also telling us how to discipline our dog and she was too “aggressive” and they she would need something to calm her down but it might not do much and they would need to use something stronger to calm her down but there could be a chance she would not wake up anymore like who says something like that then she kept telling us we need a trainer for a our dog and mostly that’s all she talked abt not even what my dog had. Then they brought us the bill and said it would be $500+ for some stuff that “might” help my dog. Not worth it at the end we decided to take our dog somewhere else and before leaving one of the girls said we could get sued by how my dog acts and was rude abt it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I arrived there at 9 and left at almost 11 for them to not even say or do anything helpful for my dog and just be rude and tell me my dog could die when she was good she just needed a check up they will keep you waiting and waiting even though it’s not busy.
