The dog service is perfect. They really take care of my baby, but As for my vital care account it got crossed with someone else’s I have not received any of my points and my dog has not received a free bath and she has been going there for years. This is not OK. Every manager that I have worked have called ITT TECH IT whoever the place is and it is not getting resolved. I don’t know what to do. I am paying and someone else is reaping the benefits of me paying for my animal because her name is on my information. How did that happen? I have no idea but it’s something that they had to do and because of this, but when presented them with this information, they have no idea how it started. Well, you have to only someone in your office can Miss information and cross it up with other people’s accounts it had to be a human era and definitely not mine. because of this the stars went down I really shouldn’t have gave them any because it’s not OK to have someone else reaping the benefits of my money when I’ve been paying and she has not received a free bath yet and no one can seem to fix the order. I am not happy. So I just found out that the outcome is my dog is a free bath and I have to open up an account and once again once again, the Management over on slope have no idea like it’s a ghost that came through and made this era. No, your people did it. This is a man-made era not a computer glitch, but something by someone’s fingertips.
I feel PetCo Grooming has done a wonderful job with trimming nails on my dog Nando

And every groomer has been patient, kind, professional
I always leave a big tip. These guys work hard and deserve it
A nail trim is a really reasonable price of $12.99
The only confusing thing is , PetCo keeps pushing using their APP for services...yet you cannot book a nail trim online. So you gotta call or make the appt in person
The other issue that was anoying was this really rude person behind me, who actually kept saying and asking me to go first because she had been there before but left...and my dog didnt need his nails trimmed as badly because he had short hair, ( huh!?)
I think PetCo could do better crowd/lind regulation rules somehow. At least on weekends, because this is not the first time ive been in line with grumpy customers and amazing , < all of them!>, dogs
Its humans who get things screwed up...not dogs and other animals, and not the groomers!!!
Ive also been impressed with kindness, professionalism and care of PetCo staff across the park,at Sloat PetCo..they deserve tips too!!!

first time and my puppers came out looking great!
They did an okay job but I wish they took their time to actually furminate the dogs since I paid additional for it. Understandable that dogs will continue to shed but if I can still pull tufts of hair after the grooming, not quite clear if that’s a job well done.

At check-in, George was calm and gentle. My dog relaxed in his arms right away while we were talking and this is such a positive sign for her. I was relieved because she normally has anxiety with regular grooming at other places. This was our first full grooming at this location and George did such a great job. I was really happy with the result and will be a return client.
