- ASAnna SattlerSep 28, 20265.0I do love how my dog looks when he is done. The price point is a bit high but manageable. I wish I could purchase the shampoo utilized because it smells wonderful. But happy nonetheless.

- LCLuz CisnerosSep 6, 20261.0When I arrived at the store I asked an employee how to check in for my appointment (there was a line outside the grooming room) my appointment was at 2pm and it was 2:05pm so I wanted to make sure they knew we were there. The employee told me to go into the grooming area to let them know. As I headed towards the grooming area to open the door one of the employees inside shouted at me for trying to enter saying she could not have an additional person inside. While I understand this there was no reason I should have been shouted at. I finally made it into the grooming area the person checking me in offered me an annual plan and went on and on about the benefits she checked us in but not once did she go over the service I had signed up for. I thought I signed up for the haircut and bath package and unfortunately I only booked the bath. Had she gone over the service I would have caught it there and requested the haircut as well. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I was given an invoice to pay and was told I needed to pay before picking up my dog. I went and paid and when I came back was informed that they were unable to cut my dogs nails, no discount was offered before I paid. I felt I should have at least been informed before I paid. Overall the service was horrible, I ended up paying about $90 for a dog bath.
