  Asunto: Queja urgente: Tercera visita fallida por horarios incorrectos e inventario incompleto en sucursal Chinatown Estimado equipo de atención al cliente de Petco: Les escribo con profunda frustración para reportar una pésima experiencia recurrente en su sucursal del Barrio Chino (Chinatown) en San Francisco, considerada una de sus oficinas centrales. Mi intención era comprar un periquito con su jaula como regalo sorpresa para mi hija, pero tras tres visitas consecutivas, el servicio ha sido sumamente deficiente por las siguientes razones: 1. Horarios incorrectos y falsos (Ayer viernes 31 de julio): Ayer acudí por tercera vez a esta sucursal confiando en los horarios publicados, pero se encontraba cerrada. Mi hija y yo tuvimos que esperar afuera bajo el sol durante mínimo 20 minutos sin éxito. Los horarios de las fotos que tienen en internet están muy mal; no sigan haciendo eso porque van a seguir perdiendo clientes y rompiendo las ilusiones de los niños que van emocionados por una mascota. Falta de inventario completo: En una visita previa, aunque el traductor nos atendió muy bien, no pudimos comprar el ave porque no tenían jaulas disponibles. Es ilógico que vendan animales si no facilitan los accesorios básicos para llevarlos a casa. Grave problema de accesibilidad: Como usuaria de scooter con movilidad reducida, transportarme de un lugar a otro buscando accesorios por separado junto con mi hija representa un desgaste físico y logístico enorme. Que la tienda esté cerrada cuando dice estar abierta agrava por completo mi situación. Con amabilidad Les exijo amablemente que actualicen de inmediato sus horarios oficiales en internet y aseguren un inventario completo de animales con sus jaulas. Es una pena que jueguen así con el tiempo de las personas y la ilusión de mi hija. Atentamente, Keylin V

  JJ particularly the most beautiful dog in the world, but we love him and he has a naked skin and knee from a skin problem he had but when she gives him a haircut, it looks so nice. I was very pleased.

  When will Petco stop putting profit over the lives of animals? Most people don't know that massive numbers of animals die in the breeding mills that supply petco, during shipping to their store, and of course at the store itself. When they die, an employee told me, the company just write it off, if animals arrive sick or dead, which many do, the company gets a refund. Treating animals like merchandise is costing them their lives. If that wasn't horrifying, it gets worse, these "exotic pets" stores like Petco are selling are literally wildlife. These parakeets, hermit crabs, snakes, turtles, geckos, fishes - these are not domesticated animals, these are animals (regardless of if they are bred in captivity or wild caught which some are) who have instincts and needs we can't properly accommodate and as a result most "exotic pets" (wildlife) die within the first year after being purchased, many other end up dumped outside or dumped at rescues. If anyone wants to care for an animals DO NOT buy animals from stores like Petco. ADOPT from a local rescue or shelter.
