  I stopped by to pick up both wet food and kibble for my cat. You were out of the Blue Buffalo kibble that I was looking for, which means I have to make another trip.

  I love this petco it’s my favorite to come pick up things from but today I had the worst customer service, I went in to pick up my online order and based on some research I wanted to exchange the food I bought for my dog. I explained to Chris that I wanted to pick up my order and just do an exchange he seemed to be a bird by my request and said he couldn’t do that, that I had to return my food and then re buy it I told him there was nothing g in the website that o couldn’t do an exchange and he was annoyed and busy doing something. Else he then said he will cancel my order. I grabbed the bag of food from the register that I wanted to exchange for and he then said where are you taking it arnt your returning it ! He literally missed the whole point of what I was initially asking for I was already frustrated and I told him he needed to have better listening skills and he responded maybe I should I will work on that I’m a sarcastic sassy tone. I asked for a manager and they said they didn’t have anyone available. I called him out on his lack of customer service and he said well I don’t have any negative feedback….. Chris needs more coaching on store policies and better listening skills I shouldn’t have to tell him how to do his job correctly or change his attitude
