  I would never recommend this veterinary clinic. What happened to my dog was upsetting enough, but the way the staff denied any possibility of responsibility and showed no accountability was even more disappointing. Six years later, my dog still has a permanent scar on her tongue, and I have never forgotten how we were treated. Six years ago, my female dog was spayed at this clinic when she was just eight months old. Immediately after the surgery, she was understandably weak and exhausted. She was panting heavily with her tongue hanging out, and I noticed what looked like a bite mark on the right side of her tongue. At first, I assumed it was just a temporary indentation caused by the anesthesia equipment or breathing tube. However, after giving her the prescribed pain medication, she seemed even more uncomfortable, and her tongue became red and swollen. That was when I realized it wasn’t just an indentation but an actual injury. I brought her back to the clinic the following day, but they insisted that there was absolutely no way the injury could have occurred during surgery. Instead, they questioned whether something might have happened while she was in my care after leaving the clinic. I was shocked and frustrated by how quickly they dismissed my concerns. Rather than acknowledging even the possibility that something could have happened during the procedure, they completely denied it. Recently, my dog underwent anesthesia again for a dental cleaning at a different veterinary clinic. When I explained what had happened six years ago, the veterinarian told me that dogs can accidentally bite their own tongues during anesthesia, which could explain the injury. I understand that complications can happen during medical procedures. What I cannot accept is a clinic refusing to even acknowledge that possibility and instead making the pet owner feel responsible. These are experienced veterinary professionals. The least I would have expected was some honesty, compassion, and willingness to consider what might have happened, rather than an immediate denial. Six years later, the scar on my dog’s tongue is still visible. Unfortunately, so is the lasting impression this clinic left on me. I would never trust this clinic with my dog’s care again, and I strongly recommend that other pet owners think twice before bringing their pets here.

  I highly recommend against taking your pet to this place. I made the mistake of purchasing their insurance program and now I’m stuck, so don’t repeat my mistake! Took my dog there today for a concerning bump. My dog is very anxious and terrified of vets which I told them in advance, and asked if they could let me know if I could pick her up earlier than the time they originally gave. My poor dog was stuck in there for 6 hours! Of course, then I expect some actual information about what’s going on with her. The doctor asks me to speak with me and my partner in a separate room behind closed doors. Of course, I assume the worst. It must be something really bad. Instead, she goes on to tell us that they noticed there is a bump (duh!), it’s surface-level, and they could sample it to run tests. So, what exactly did they do during the 6 hours my dog was there, all terrified? I am a phone call away. They could’ve easily called me and asked if I want to go ahead with the sampling. Instead my poor dog was stuck there for hours for no reason. Basically a stressful vet visit for my dog for absolutely no reason. The fact that it took about an hour to drop her off and another to pick her up just added to the poor experience. All they care about is making more money by selling you extra unnecessary services. Stay away from this place!

  I had a great visit on 9/15/26 and on 5/30/26 my pet had a dental cleaning with excellent results. Obviously having a wellness plan is optimal.

  These people care for our lovely pets. There is no question... from the attendant to the Vet doctor herself. And it shows.
