The WAG team did an awesome job treating our coco puff! They were great, from front desk to vet tech and dr! All was explained thoroughly and the prices were very reasonable for emergency care! Will use WAG again and highly recommend them!

We had to take our dog to WAG Animal ER last night, and I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and made us feel like our dog as truly in the best hands during a stressful situation.
They took great care of him and constantly provided us with updates throughout his visit.
We are incredibly grateful for the care we received and would absolutely recommend WAG Animal ER to anyone needing urgent or emergency care for their pet. Thank you to the entire team for taking such great care of our boy! <3

We can't say enough good things about the team at WAG Animal ER. After our 1 year old cat Kiki had surgery in Tijuana, we brought her to WAG for post op care, and everyone there treated her like she was their own. They never made us feel judged about where the surgery was done. They were supportive, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about what was best for Kiki.
A special thank you to Megan, Bronwyn, and Alexa, who were fantastic from start to finish. They were patient, kind, and helped us through a really stressful recovery with so much compassion. It meant a lot to know Kiki was in good hands.
It's also worth mentioning that WAG isn't owned by private equity, and you can tell. Their prices are reasonable and the focus is clearly on the animals, not the bottom line.
If your pet ever needs emergency care, we highly recommend WAG. Thank you for everything you did for Kiki and for us!

You never want to bring your pet in for an emergency, but if you do, go to
Wag ER.
When I became concerned that my dog had eaten xylitol gum, I knew exactly where I’d go. We had to bring Cece here a year ago right after we adopted her. The vet was wonderful at that time so they were top on my list.
Tonight, I had already called ASPCA poison control and they’d recommended I go in. Bronwyn was at the front desk and was very welcoming as always. We immediately went into a room and were seen rather quickly. (Maybe 10 minutes?) Anaiah met with me and Cece. Since her blood sugar tested normal, she educated me on my options. I chose to go home and she gave me very patient and thorough education on how to monitor Cece and what to look out for. She listened to all my concerns and helped me feel confident to bring her home. She even offered that I could call back if I just needed to check in to reassure my very worried teen. You never want to have to go to the pet ER, but if you do, I highly recommend Wag.
It’s also independently owned by local veterinarians! That’s hard to come by with so many places being absorbed into large corporations and hedge funds.

The wag team gave our baby Anakin more time with us and we’re so grateful to them, he didn’t make it because he was given a bad hand and was too young to overcome his illness but we’re still very happy we took him there of all places because the staff was wonderful, they worked with us on payments and made sure we knew everything that was going on with him at all times and when we had him back in our care no matter what time it was and how many times we already called him to ask simple questions they never made us feel unwelcome, thank you
