I really appreciated that Dr. Scott was so patient and gentle with my elderly dog. He gave her nice yoga stretches trying to diagnose her pain issues. It was so fun to watch. He was really informative and didn’t try to cheat us by recommending tests that he felt our dog didn’t need. He seemed like he really cared and I appreciated that.

I took my dog for a simple nail trim, but one nail was cut too short and bled. Accidents happen, but I was deeply disappointed by the response. Instead of a sincere apology or showing empathy for my dog's pain and stress, the staff was dismissive, simply saying "it could happen." My dog was highly distressed and wheezing afterward. Due to the lack of care and empathy, I don't think I will be returning.

First puppy visit and our anxiety was high alert. Vet. Andy Scott and the nurses/assistants greeted us and so patient and considerate to our questions and concerns. We found our puppy medical and dental care. Thank you so much from Luna and our family.

The technician was professional , he did good job for service my dog, pretty professional with large size dogs,
I can in for a booster shot for vaccinations I got two weeks prior from Vetco. I asked if I had to pay the vet exam fee and was told that I had to pay for a tech fee of $57. When I came in for the original shots I didn’t have to pay any additional fees, why the difference? If a person is coming in for follow up or boosters they should not have to pay for additional fees. When my dog was taken from me to get the shots (I normally hold him, he weights 100lbs) I heard your tech swear and should like she was getting frustrated with my dog, this is why I asked to hold him for them.
The visit was not what I would have expected and not what I have gotten before.
