  I am extremely disappointed in this Vetco after having visited twice within a month and getting no results. Every time I call with questions I am dismissed and spoken to with attitude and the answer I’m always given is that they are too busy. When I originally called back to get flea treatment the vet had prescribed the wrong medication and I asked if they could fix it for when I came in to pick it up. Upon arrival it was not fixed and I was told they were too busy the day I called. The vet called me with results and told me to feel free to call back with any questions I had. I called back & left a voicemail, after a week I did not hear back so I called again to be told they are too busy and she doesn’t know what to tell me other than to bring my cat in for a third time and doesn’t understand what questions I would have since the results came back fine. I told her I wanted to speak to the vet to figure out what the next steps are for testing/medication because I don’t want to continue coming in and spending hundreds of dollars with no results to help the on going issue especially since I went back the second time to have this resolved. I was told I would get a call back and to no surprise three days later,I did not receive a call back. The only thing Vetco cares about is making more money hence trying to make me come in multiple times instead of doing all the testing after I had already come in twice. Other than for normal routine vaccines I wouldn’t bother coming here. I will be taking my business to a vet that actually cares.

  Vet visits are always like going to the dentist for me. I’m always anxious and leave with a lot less money than I had when I got there. lol Aside from that, I couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the Vetco team @ the Sports Arena location. Everyone was attentive, concerned and able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. They were understanding when I wasn’t able to proceed with everything suggested for my pet and modified the care plan to work with my budget and still care for my pet.

  We took our senior dog here and the whole staff was great. Maria was very helpful and nice. Dr. Smith was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Overall an amazing experience.

  Took my newly adopted dog here for his first visit and we had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  STOP DONT TAKE YOU PET HERE. SAVE MONEY AND GO TO MEXICO ! I usually don't go out of my way to write a review but I'm very upset. I took my dog in because she wasn't being herself. They weighed her and then took us into a room. The doctor checked her and asked me what was wrong. I told him she was having a hard time moving around, she stopped eating and she was breathing very fast. He said he probably needed to do some x-rays on why she wasn't moving around much and since i said her breathing wasn't normal he would see about that. Nurse came back with a quote of $1100. I was shocked 😲. Called my friend and she said to go to Mexico ( Tijuana). I told the nurse it was to much and I was still charged $90 for the visit. Basically I was charged for my dog to get weighed and for a ridiculous quote . The vet in Mexico took my dog right away. He gave her a bath cuz she was having a heat stroke because she had a feaver. They put her on ice packs, put an IV on her, blood work and 4 shots. The reason that she wasn't moving much was because she was constipated. They also gave me medicine for her to take home, ice packs and a can of dog food. All of this for $100. Save your money and your pets life.
