- CCCassSep 3, 20263.0My dog needed a Bordetella vaccination for imminent boarding and vetco was recommended in a pinch. I set up an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early as specified but then had to queue up with several others and wait about 30 minutes in line. This needs to be communicated up front since it puts animals in close quarters, which doesn’t seem like the best practice. They could call people up based on appointment or arrival time so people and pets can space out or walk around, there’s office space that’s was not in use. The vet techs were nice, and we got the vaccine administered just fine, but the invoice/receipt included a prescription for some tick and flea meds that was not discussed with me. Not sure if this was an error or a standard practice.
