- KSKerin SovernJun 12, 20265.0I stopped into Unleashed by Petco to pick up a new dog tag for my dog after already having a pretty frustrating day, and I'm sure I wasn't at my absolute best. One team member in particular went above and beyond. When I accidentally let my dog's tag slip into the engraving machine before grabbing it, they took the time to open up the machine and retrieve it for me instead of simply telling me it couldn't be done. It was a small act of kindness that made a big difference in my day. And to the staff member who very clearly was not enjoying my energy ... I get it. 😂 In your defense, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed me either.

They’ve never gone out of their way to be an a hole. But the manager Ronda is always extremely rude, disrespectful and has no manners at all. She goes above and beyond to make it known that she’s having a bad day and wants everyone else to feel that negative energy too. She has snagged things from in front of me while looking like I’m inconveniencing her for not moving out of her way. I sent my wife to do a return for us without a receipt and Ronda didn’t want to do the return without an ID even though the purchase was connected to the rewards number my partner was giving her. On top of that she was being extremely rude to her throughout that entire conversation as she typically is when we’ve had to unfortunately interact with her.
