DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. STAY AWAY!!!!
I would give a 0 star if I could.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vet. I brought my dog in for an ear infection and somehow ended up paying almost $1,000 after they ran a bunch of tests. In the end, I walked out with a small bottle of medicine. The doctor even told me the problem could keep coming back, so I would probably have to come back again for more medicine.
A few weeks later, I came back because the medicine was finished and my dog needed another prescription. That’s when things got really bad.
They took my dog to the back without me, which I found extremely strange and was not comfortable with at all. I wanted to be there with my own dog, but they took him away from me anyway.
Then they started pushing more tests and more charges. I told them I did not want all these extra tests, but they kept trying to convince me. It felt like they were looking for every possible way to charge me more money.
The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I did not feel listened to, respected, or like they actually cared about helping my dog. I felt like all they saw was a way to make more money.
I already spent almost $1,000 the first time, and instead of simply helping with the same problem they already diagnosed, they immediately wanted to do more tests and charge me again.
This place feels like a complete money grab. I would never trust them with my dog again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I am taking this seriously and plan to report my experience to the California Veterinary Medical Board and BBB to make sure other pet owners know exactly what happened to me so they don’t go through the same and do not get fooled by these money hungry profiteers.
PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET HERE. I WISH I HAD.

Super friendly staff and I had a really good experience :)
Hours saved me as I got off work at 5pm and almost everything else was closed.

My vet closed recently so I was looking for a new vet. They popped up online and I signed up for an appointment. I get a call literally 5 minutes later saying I need to make a deposit $25 for the appointment. How tacky. I’ve never done that for my vet. Even My personal physician. Super random to make a vet appointment and have them calling for cash immediately after. I’m not going to give my business to people who are more interested in my money than my animal. They didn’t ask one question about my dog. Just wham bam give us your money! Pass.

The entire staff cares about the pets and their well being. They understand the stress that the owners sometimes are going through. Thank you

The staff was zero energy and not very kind. We expressed to them early on that our dog was reactive and we didn’t feel comfortable weighing him next to another dog because of this. The vet tech looked at him and us , and said well I still need a weight. Turned around then asked the owner behind her to just move to a different side … why is there not a separate weigh station in a private room? We finally get into the room and after a very traumatizing vet check with the doctor. Nothing was cleared up, we left the vet with only more concerns. She didn’t really give us any direct answers. Said we’d need an xray to rule out any scary stuff (that’d be a 350 charge plus 222 for a radiologist to review) and then said even that wouldn’t be read to give a definitive answer . That we’d need an MRI to be truly sure. After our dachshund was assessed (which was also not fun for him) he then got a blood draw (that we had to do for meds… $200 dollars again.) scam . And then a shot . We sat in the waiting room for another 30 plus minutes with zero communication while my dog sat with me shaking and upset. Traumatized. The staff here is not empathetic towards animals and truly looking to foot you the biggest bill they can .
