- YMYvonne MMay 12, 20265.0They have great selection pet food and many treats. My dog’s eats freeze dried raw and it’s good they have lots of options for that. She loves going in there with me. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
- NDNATALIE DEFREITASMay 8, 20261.0Today after placing an order for a small bag of dog food 3 days prior I showed up at the store to pick up, only to be told the supplier did not fill my order. This bag of dog food was to be used as transition food for a foster that was leaving for the east coast the following day. The employee then told me there are other companies that sell dog food the size I am looking for. Totally missing the point and obviously not understanding dog digestion and the need to transition between brands. Buying another brand because it is the same size is not a solution. I asked when the order was placed 3 days ago why the supplier did not say at that time they could not fill my order giving me time to look elsewhere. It shows the pre ordering of dog food is unreliable and you are not informed until the day of the delivery your order was not filled. So folks be aware of this and ensure you have enough of your existing dog food incase your order does not show up when you are told it would be.
