  Jade did and amazing job with Coco, Even though she can be a bit of a big baby! She still smells good! They are all really nice there.

  The grooming salon is great with fantastic staff who really gets to know your dog and their needs. My dog loves her spa days and always comes home looking and smelling great!

  Petco grooming was clean, organized and well run. They were ready for my beagle at the appointed time and had her finished when promised. The individual groomer was helpful, laid out the various options and did a good job. My only complaint is that they booked a future grooming appointment without my knowledge. When I just happened to discover it online I was able to cancel it, but I didn’t appreciate the lack of tramsparency in that area.

  Jordan did an amazing job with our old English sheepdog and was done quick . Unlike some other places where they’ll leave your dog in a crate all day

  I brought my poodle to Petco on August 14 for a grooming appointment with stylist Jordan. At drop-off, Jordan informed me that my dog had significant matting and explained that he would do the best he could. I completely understood the situation and specifically discussed stopping or taking breaks when necessary, especially because my dog is anxious. I also paid for the VIP experience because I believed the additional attention and care would help make the grooming process safer and less stressful for her. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete OPPOSITE of what I expected. When I picked up my dog, I was extremely upset to discover that both of her ears were bleeding from cuts/scabs following the grooming, and her tail was also bleeding. I understand that dogs can move unexpectedly during grooming and that accidents can happen; however, given our conversation beforehand and the additional service I paid for because of her anxiety, I expected much greater care to be taken. What concerns me most is how my dog has behaved since the appointment. She has seemed incredibly distressed, has been hiding, and has not been acting like herself for days. It is heartbreaking to see her so affected by what should have been a routine grooming experience. I am extremely disappointed with the care she received and with the condition she was in when she was returned to me. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not feel comfortable bringing my dog back to this location and will not be returning.
