- SPSina PMay 1, 20261.0I’m absolutely done using Petco for grooming. This was the last straw. I called ahead to let them know I’d be slightly late and was told I’d be fine as long as I arrived within 15–20 minutes. I showed up in 12 minutes and they had already canceled my appointment. It’s unbelievable. You spend hours grooming dogs but can’t extend even a few minutes of flexibility for a customer who communicated ahead of time and still made it within the window you gave. That’s not just poor service, it’s disrespectful. There’s clearly no regard for customers’ time or effort. I won’t be coming back.
