  Went to see if they sell something to help with my dogs ears. And no help at all. Didn't know and not willing to look. Said maybe take her to a Dr. Okay lol I will do that!

  Puppy socialization/dog training with Adelaide was great. Adelaide explained things very easily and was very helpful. One can also tell she loves dogs genuinely.

  Groomers are just wonderful. My dogs always look great and they are super friendly!!!!

  Very disappointing experience at Petco today. I noticed the exact same items were $50–$65 cheaper online, so I asked the cashier, Audrey, to save the items already in my cart while I placed an online pickup order for the exact same quantities. Audrey told me I would have to wait an hour for the pickup, even though the items were literally already sitting in the cart. I waited the full hour, only to receive an order that was 12 items short. When I went back inside, the exact missing items were still sitting in the cart. I explained everything to the cashier and manager, but instead of taking responsibility, I was told, “We’re just cashiers, we don’t know who packed the order.” What made it worse was Audrey sitting on her phone and ignoring me when I was trying to get help. There was no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no accountability. I wasn’t asking for anything free—I was simply trying to purchase the exact same items at the online price. Instead, I wasted an hour and had to deal with rude and completely unprofessional customer service. Petco needs to seriously train its employees on customer service and accountability. This was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

  Came in to check out the fish and see if there were any cats for adoption. There was 1 cat but customers were barred from interacting with him. Every freshwater fish tank had dead fish in it including one tank that had 10 dead fish total. Some of the fish looked like they had been dead and left there for a while, one dead loach in a peaceful tank had a bite out of it.
