  The clinic was clean and easy to make an appointment. I was there for vaccines and to get a lipoma looked at. The vaccine bundle ended up being more expensive than advertised. I went with the recommended treatment of getting the lipoma aspiration but was originally recommended for send out cytology that cost about $300. They did not offer with that original recommendation that the vet onsite can look at it for $75. In reality, did the lipoma need aspiration? Treatment options should have been discussed more as there is nothing to do for it and I paid $150 just to be told there is nothing to do but monitor. Which I already knew but I care any my dog so in the moment I went with the recommendation. Also they recommended 1 year of flea medication that costs $30/month. That’s $360 extra. Reality, you can get that on Amazon for $100 a year. That should have been more upfront as I feel they recommend things that might not really be necessary and include them in lists that in the moment as you care about your pet you feel that you must do this right now. I feel they should approach this as most pet owners have high deductibles on their insurance already and are paying out of pocket for the services, they should be upfront with this needs to be done right now, these others are optional and may or may not apply to your pet so you can hold off on these. My appointment ended up being $500 which of course is my deductible on my insurance so I’m paying 100% out of pocket. The clinic and staff are great. Very professional and polite and treated my dog wonderfully. Just feel the pricing and recommendations should be more honest. I like the clinic and the people but I’ll look for a new vet the next time I need a wellness check or vaccines.
