  What an absolute nightmare. I took my cat here to get groomed for the 1st time and I got her home out of her carrier and she had blood all over her coat and her paw. The groomer 'accidentally' clipped her nail back too far he said. Before she was washed he had me sign a waiver that stated their could be 'a chance' that light Knick's or cuts could happen but it's not a 'regular' thing I had the weirdest feeling signing that waiver because never in my life have I had a pet groomer make me sign a waiver for 'potential knicks & cuts' before I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND bringing your cat here. As a first time client, I am extremely upset, dissatisfied and upset for my fur baby and pray she doesn't get an infection in her paw from this He claims he loves animals but to be so careless especially as a first time customer and experience, I won't be back and don't recommend you bringing your animals there either

  Horrible customer service! My dog came home with abrasions and redness on his skin. I took him in for a wash and cut, and he has been feeling miserable since having this service. He's constantly scooting his butt and body across the carpet and whining. I gave him benadryl but it did nothing. So I called and talked to Claudia who claims that it's probably irritation due to the shampoo. Well this isn't his first visit and he's never had this type of reaction. I asked for a refund and she said it's against insurance policy and in order to honor that request I have to show paperwork from the vet stating it was due to the service they provided. Are you kidding me?? So unprofessional and I will never be returning to this salon again!

  Please save your pet the discomfort and take them elsewhere. My dog came back with severe razor burn on his stomach and head after being groomed on 3/15/19. I’ve been using furry friends for years but this is definitely the last time. I asked the main groomer Claudia to be gentle because last time I brought him he had some minor skin irritation from what looked like being shaved too closely. He hasn’t been himself either and it’s obvious it’s from the grooming because he is shaved bare on his eyebrows, bottom and stomach. She told me it was allergies but allergies don’t bleed and look like shave marks. Very disappointed
