There compassion about the service they give, make you animals and you feel like your a part of there family. I came with my multipoo Hemi that wasn't well and help me with the process that was important. Long story short I knew in my heart how weak he was and knew he needed to be put down. They gave me a safe environment to grow threw my feelings and be there for me as Hemi was going threw. They allowed me to hold his paw and speak to him and tell him it was ok to go to the other side. All I can say is Thank You from the bottom of my heart and thank you for everything you did for us💙🙏🙏 staff was wonderful. Dr was so compassionate and help with any questions I had as well.

Downgrading my review of this place once again. I was on time to my appointment and got chastised for it. My confirmation email AND text that proved I was on time were disregarded by the staff. They insisted I was late and that I was lucky to be still be seen. Rude. I will be finding a new vet.

I haven't even brought my cat in yet, but I already feel like I'm in good hands. I called with some pretty complicated questions about traveling with my pet, and Trixie answered every single one of them without making me feel rushed or dismissed. She was knowledgeable, genuinely warm, and even pointed me toward resources and services that could help with pet travel, things I wouldn't have thought to ask about on my own. It says a lot about a practice when the team makes you feel this taken care of before you've ever walked through the door. Can't wait to finally come in. Highly recommend just giving them a call , you'll see what I mean!

I have been going here since 2009, and even through ownership changes things seemed fine. Unfortunately, my cat became terminally ill a few months back. When I asked them if they could support her through palliative care, they said "absolutely, of course we can." After that, it became incredibly difficult to get a call back. They only received 2 weeks worth of medication at a time, and didn't return voicemails asking for refills. One time, after leaving 3 voicemails, I started calling the office, and every time I got the voicemail, I hung up and called back. On the 4th try, someone finally answered. And even then, I was told they had to wait for the doctor the approve it, and that took another day. There was no sense of urgency unless I called and issued them very hard. It's upsetting to see the quality of care decline so quickly after so many years.

The staff at College Animal Hospital was incredibly patient and kind to my overly anxious and dramatic dog. Most places I’ve taken him, they skip the check up (lymph, heart, etc) because he’s very sensitive, reactive, and fearful of exams. I’ve always been embarrassed and anxious during visits, but was so comfortable with the team here. They walked me through their process and the entire visit with empathy and kindness. Normally, I feel embarrassed to ask for more than what’s required due to my dog’s fear but didn’t feel that here at all. I’m so grateful for how my dog and I were treated by everyone and could not recommend CAH more. They also told me what to look out for after bringing him home (post sedation) in great detail, which made the whole post-visit process seamless. Thank you so so much for taking care of Finn!
