    I used to love this location, always very professional, helpful, and attentive. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me a little disappointed. I was contacted regarding my elderly dog’s dental issue, and during the conversation I clearly explained that because of his age, I wanted to research and think more about anesthesia and possible procedures before scheduling anything. I specifically stated that I would book my own appointment if and when I decided to move forward. A week later, I discovered an appointment had been scheduled anyway, despite me not approving or requesting it. What concerned me was not even the mistake itself, but the lack of explanation afterward. When I spoke with Benjamin, I tried to ask a very simple and straightforward question: if I clearly declined scheduling at that time, why was an appointment created on my behalf anyway? Instead of receiving a clear answer or explanation of how this happened, I felt the concern was minimized and brushed aside with “we’ll just cancel it.” As a pet owner already anxious about my elderly dog potentially needing anesthesia, I was looking for reassurance, communication, and clarity. Now that I’ve had more perspective, I understand mistakes can happen and this was not the end of the world, but it still did not feel professional. If there are newer staff members, I hope management provides more training regarding communication, scheduling accuracy, and handling client concerns with more care and understanding, so they can thrive. This message is never intended to go after an employee or affect them in any way.

    I can’t say enough about this place or the team that makes a magic happen behind the counter. I’ve had my dog since Covid times when things were stressful and they’ve always prioritized making sure she was healthy. They let me know what’s recommended and what’s important and what can be held off. I did have an emergency where my dog passed out and I ran her in there crying and they jumped into action and got her back to normal in no time their staff is always friendly, courteous and professional, and you can tell that they truly love animals there. Big shout out to Jen, who is the manager there who always remembers every dog‘s name and is just a saint. So happy to have such capable hands nearby if I need them
