- MAMina Arroyo6 days ago1.0honestly this place just makes me sad. every time i schedule an appointment for my 14 year old deaf cavalier, they call the same day and cancel my appt. for example i made an appt for today at 8 am. they called me to re re schedule for 10:30. then called me when it got close to 10:30 to cancel my appt. this has happened so many times. and they blame it on the “ new scheduling system” instead of banfield taking care of this issue during after hours so this doesnt continue to happen, this is ignored and they just keep cancelling appointments. what is the point of having insurance with then when they cannot honor anytimes for patients. i recommend you DO NOT get their wellness plan and go to another hospital for your pet.

I Made and appointment two days ago for today and they called me this morning to tell me that they do not have appointments available in the morning ever . So now my dog has to suffer through her allergies another day because these Ppl decided to call me last minute . Apparently they open at 8 am but only have appointments available until after 1 pm! Make it make sense ? I rather take my dog elsewhere . There’s no way I’m just going to drop of my dog and leave her with random ppl. I don’t recommend wasting your time.

They were open and upfront about pricing and accommodating to my pets needs with what works for me financially in mind. I’m super picky about who I take my animals to for care but these guys gave a great first impression and are awesome. I will definitely be bringing Marsh back. I highly recommend checking this place out as a vet office🫶🐛

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
