  We had a great experience with Dr. Giles and Ximena at our visit with our beloved Peanut. They treated us and our pets with the utmost care. Our small breed dog is usually pretty anxious when meeting new people, but she did great with the staff here. We got our dog’s glands done, nails trimmed, and vaccines updated. They are very professional, caring, and made our dog's experience a positive one. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

  I was able to make a same day appointment for my small dog with diarrhea. They were busy so we waited a little bit , but then were very efficient and even gave the vaccines that were due in August so then I didn’t need my appointment at hillcrest. Dr. King and Celine were great. I highly recommend the Murphy Canyon Banfield.

  Staff is great. My babies are always well taken care of. Maira, ana and Angel are always so welcoming and kind.

  I use Banfield for both my pets , went to another location for a food allergy prescription, went to this location today around 5pm , after searching for someone in the store , apparently in that huge petsmart no one works there expect for a cashier . So I saw the 2 women behind the desk at Banfield there doing nothing but eating ice cream , absolutely no customers there or anyone waiting in line . I asked them if they could help me find the dog prescription food . She looked at the cards and said they’re up against the wall on the right. Obviously I know that , but there’s 5 different prescription cards and 50 different brands and I don’t know which one is right , I asked them if they could help me find it and they said no . So I finally found someone at petsmart and asked for help and the woman said she was actually off the clock but could help me and told her the 2 women at Banfield said they couldn’t help me cause they were chowing down on their ice cream cones behind the desk [super unprofessional and unsanitary at a dog hospital) then the man at the cash register said they are short staffed cause it’s a small store , I said a small store? This is the size of a warehouse and there’s no one working here? Definitely ordering my food somewhere else from a different company from now on.

  Our experience with our kitty was overwhelmingly positive, despite the unfortunate outcome due to an eye ulcer. The doctors and staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, and genuinely willing to help. I highly recommend them for primary care.
