- TCTatem Chase2 days ago5.0I brought my cat, Buster, in for an adoption wellness exam back in June. Since then, he has received phenomenal care from the staff at this location! He’s updated on his shots and just got a big dental procedure done yesterday. The highest wellness plan is truly worth the money. Active Care Plus saved me around $1200 in a surgical visit. Dr. Urida called me before the procedure, to recommend other treatments from diagnosis, after the procedure, and one more call to update me about his wellbeing in the span of 5 hours. This morning I also received a call concerned about his wellbeing post procedure . The staff are amazing! The only downside is the new system that Banfield upgraded to has been super laggy and hard to work with. It takes longer to check-in, check-out, and everything in between. The staff are always super professional and apologetic, offering alternative solution to work around the technology buffer. Thank you, Banfield! I will bring my new kitten in for future care as well.

Banefield has a huge problem with their new IT servers as the websites are so slow to use and download that it's not functional. I have amazingly fast Internet and experience in IT.

- CRChris RadfordJul 5, 20261.0My 6 year old golden-doodle was seen by this veterinarian twice in a matter of a few days due to her mobility issues, She couldn’t climb up into the car or on the bed. They prescribed muscle relaxers, she died that same week. They didn't even diagnose her blindness or other neurological issues. How can you examine an annimal and not determine that the dog has gone blind. I am not sure the early diagnosis would have saved her life but we wouldn’t have wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars and my poor dog would have had a more enjoyable last days. Don’t use this vet!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
