  Customer service is impeccable and they are timely even when responding in completely different Time zones. They resolved an issue we shared without hesitation and honestly recommend everyone to purchase from AquaSD. I've never had a purchase go sideways with them and even DOAs are resolved basically instantly. If you're going to shop somewhere for corals, shop here you won't regret it.

  I am very disappointed with the customer service for online orders. I placed my coral order with an expected ship date of July 7, and I am still waiting for both my order and any meaningful update on its status. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but communication has been extremely poor, making it frustrating to get any information about my purchase. When customers spend their hard-earned money, they deserve timely updates and responsive customer service. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and follow-up has been unacceptable, and I hope the company improves how it treats its online customers in the future.
