Very merciless. I called and asked if they would just do a general checkout before i waste my time and they said YES. once i get there they said oh its Free but its not a complete check out it would be heart, ear, and temperature. I said OK since i already came. Then they suddenly start to convince me to buy another service and she said I’m not taking you in if there is no service. Well, thanks for wasting my time it wouldn’t affect you if checked her ears and temperature. Very bad unprofessional service. 👌

Brought my fur baby to get his rabies. Was assisted with registration almost immediately and waited. 5 minutes to be called for his vaccination . Dr. and assistant was friendly and gentle with my pet. Meeko didn't feel a thing!
