  Called @ 1pm 7/30 - "do u have crickets?" "just came in but need to enter in system will b available later" Went in after 2pm was told "not entered in system yet come back after 5p" Went back after 7pm - "we don't have any crickets " "only worms" "I'm sorry" doesn't pay for expensive gas. Does 1 hand know what the other is doing?

  Feels like petco has forgotten about this store, lots of things out of stock and building seemed dated

  Friendly workers at the store on Thursday evening. Store was clean and fish tanks looked good.

  This is the second time I come to this store, yesterday afternoon I came to get hornworms for my bearded dragon, the area where the fish and reptiles area are looked dirty and messy, couldn’t buy the hornworms because the ones they had available had just maggots in it no hornworms in any of them. One of the bearded dragons there was very overweight looks very sick, he had both corners of his/her mouth with a purple/blue tone looks like a respiratory infection or something the poor thing looked in pain and had poop sitting there for a long time cause it had maggots in it too. And I think he’s been there months ago, it broke my heart seeing that. I wanted to talk to the staff but they were understaff and they had a big line in the checkout line. I wish I would’ve taken a video and pictures but I was not feeling well and I was in a hurry. This store is neglecting and abusing the animals DO NOT BUY animals at this store!!
