  Waited in reception area at drop off and pick up over 10 minutes before anyone came in front to help us. Sounded like a party in the back. Was over charged and told I would be emailed and credited. None of that happed so I called days later for them to say they will give me credit and send an updated receipt. That still hasn’t happened

  After being turned down at another vet who could care less about my cat or her condition.....I called Banfield worried about my cat and was told to come in the following day. I got offered an appointment right away. Friendly and professional staff. They questioned me about my cat and had an effective plan to treat her right away. She was dealing with scabs all over her body and was uncomfortable due to flea dirt apparently. My plan at home had not worked so i figured id let the professionals take care of it. I am very happy. I picked up a different cat. She was groomed and she no longer felt bumpy or scabby. They prescribed her a better flea treatment &antibiotics and caught her up right away on vaccines. I was told the price on everything and what my total would be. I am happy my little girl feels so much better! I couldn't be more thankful for such a wonderful and caring team!

  Trina was SUPER ACCOMMODATING and super friendly. They were able to address my cats needs and get me the care he needed. Thank you

  Honestly this location has been on & off weird to us for years so now we’re finally pulling the connection when our dog gets better. They will not provide certain care anymore because we didn’t take our dog here the first time so we had to go out of town for certain emergency services. They didn’t have any appointments available, that’s why we tried else where. WE PAY FOR A MONTHLY HEALTH CARE PLAN HERE FOR THREE ANIMALS. And now they choosing not to help us after that incident because we didn’t pay them instead & you know they can give us medication here if we provide more information but they really are choosing not to give it to us, there’s no policy saying they can’t because of that unless there is, we need an explanation for this inconvenience… we are done with banfield after this waste of time & money we already give them.
