  Honestly this location has been on & off weird to us for years so now we’re finally pulling the connection when our dog gets better. They will not provide certain care anymore because we didn’t take our dog here the first time so we had to go out of town for certain emergency services. They didn’t have any appointments available, that’s why we tried else where. WE PAY FOR A MONTHLY HEALTH CARE PLAN HERE FOR THREE ANIMALS. And now they choosing not to help us after that incident because we didn’t pay them instead & you know they can give us medication here if we provide more information but they really are choosing not to give it to us, there’s no policy saying they can’t because of that unless there is, we need an explanation for this inconvenience… we are done with banfield after this waste of time & money we already give them.

  Not sure if anyone has this issue, but I tried calling several times since I've been a customer at this hospital And I can never get through the phone to somebody. No one never answers.

  Extremely concerned with the standard of care provided by Dr. Ruby Murillo on September 17, 2025. My dog Peetie underwent a dental procedure where his pre-anesthetic bloodwork was manually entered into the system hours after the procedure was already finished, meaning his critical flagged abnormalities were completely ignored before going under. During anesthesia, his heart rate plummeted to a dangerously low 68 bpm, yet he was still extubated and sent home with zero post-op pain relief, causing severe post-surgical distress. To make matters worse, my cat Sophie also underwent a dental procedure with Dr. Murillo on this exact same date. She suffered a traumatic cardiac event under anesthesia, and I was not properly informed or referred to a specialist. Dr. Murillo's clinical oversight and handling of medical records raise massive safety questions for anyone trusting this hospital with their pets. There is active ongoing Veterinary Medical Board investigation into Murillo' and Dr. Kate Brown ethical and professional standards.

  Dear Banfield Pet Hospital, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent care and service my pets, Tiger and Perlita, received during their appointment on Thursday, May 21, 2026. I especially want to thank Berenice, Ricardo, Veronica, Reyna, Cassi, and Kari for taking such wonderful care of my fur babies. When Berenice brought Tiger and Perlita out after their check-up, I could immediately see how much they trusted her, and that meant so much to me. They always come out looking very happy after their appointments, which speaks volumes about the kindness and care your team provides. While waiting in the reception area, I also observed Ricardo assisting clients with great dedication and kindness. He treated everyone with patience and respect, and it was wonderful to see such genuine care for both pets and their owners. I would also like to give special thanks to Dr. Amanda Igeta for her patience, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to carefully explain the dietary options and procedures available to help treat Perlita’s skin condition, as well as the treatments available for the cataracts that are beginning to develop in Tiger. I truly appreciated how thorough and compassionate she was throughout the visit. I am also grateful for her recommendation of a specific food to help improve Perlita’s skin condition. Thank you all again for the excellent service and for always making Tiger and Perlita feel so well cared for. Your compassion, professionalism, and dedication are deeply appreciated.   I am taking my dog for rehab with Becky Lewis - she is absolutely fabulous and my dog is doing so well with her!
