- JWJeff WedgeAug 29, 20265.0Very impressed at Lori‘s grooming of our Sheltie. She followed the instructions so well and I’ve never seen our little guy look so good.
- SWSuzanne WelchAug 6, 20265.0Amy has been grooming my dog, Oscar, for 8 years! She always does a fantastic job. Oscar loves her!
- SJShannon JohansonJul 29, 20261.0This was the worst haircut my Pom has ever received. They shaved his undercoat and all. They didn’t follow instructions and my dog looks horrible. His fur may never grow back normal. They even nicked the top of his head. The second photo is what he typically looks like. I would give 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow me to submit my review.
- LClori corsonMay 10, 20262.0Took way too long. Over three hours for grooming to be done and did not get everything I payed for. Nails not buffed. Disappointed with overall service
- LBLan BeeMay 9, 20261.0I made an appointment for 12:10 pm so my dog to get flea and tick meds at Vetco. Showed up in store at 12:05 pm, waited for the girl, who was talking to person in front of us for 3 or so minutes, to check us in. Then, we were told that because she was checking us in at 12:12 pm, they could not see our dog. Wth? We waited while this woman was talking to another person for several minutes. We were there on time in the store waiting in line and were turned away. I cannot help but wonder if this has to do with our appearance, with our small dog, with anything other than the fact that she checked us in 2 minutes later. I will be contacting their corporate offices, in addition to the local NAACP. We have been bringing our dog to Vetco amd Petco in Washinton state since he was a puppy. I'm disappointed that this is the treatment in California. I would leave negative stars if I could. Do better Petco smh
