Our appointment was scheduled for 12:45 PM, and I received a call the day before to verify the appointment and confirm who the appointment was for. When we arrived, we were placed in a room to wait for the veterinarian. The receptionist then came back and informed us that our kitten was actually “too young” to be left there alone and asked if we could come back at 2:00 PM instead. Although this was extremely inconvenient, we agreed because we were concerned about our kitten and needed to have his mouth examined. We left the facility and sat in the parking lot for over an hour before returning at 2:00 PM. We were then walked back and offered a complimentary nail trim for the inconvenience. We eventually met with the veterinarian, and, strangely enough, we were then asked to drop our kitten off. This was extremely confusing, considering we had just been told an hour earlier that he was “too young” to be left there. The entire situation felt very unprofessional, inconvenient, and disorganized. It honestly appeared as though the appointment may have been double-booked and that the reason given for moving our appointment was not the actual reason. We were told our kitten would be ready for pickup at 4:00 PM, so we drove home. Less than 20 minutes after dropping him off, we received a phone call saying that he was already ready to be picked up. Once again, this was incredibly inconvenient and made the entire process feel completely disorganized. When we arrived to pick up our kitten, the facility's system indicated that he was not yet ready for pickup, so we had to wait. We then had to meet with the veterinarian again, only to be told that they were not really sure what was wrong with his mouth and that we should simply keep an eye on it. The complimentary nail trim that was offered to us was never completed, and the other concerns we had mentioned were also not checked. Rather than feeling like our kitten's health concerns were taken seriously, the experience felt more focused on selling us pet care plans and recommending a medication that the veterinarian said they “hoped” might help his mouth. We left feeling extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the care our kitten received. We trusted your facility to properly evaluate and care for our kitten, and unfortunately, we do not feel that happened. We now have to spend additional money taking our kitten to another veterinarian in hopes of finally getting answers and appropriate care for the issues we originally brought him in for. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. The appointment was poorly handled, communication was inconsistent, the services we were promised were not completed, and we left without any real answers or confidence that our kitten's concerns had been properly addressed. We are extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism we experienced.

The staff working on 08/02/2026 were only interested in sales pitches and patronizing pet owners with their holier than thou attitudes. They changed our appointment from in room without consulting us and then were surprised when our dog didn't take to them. These annoying vet techs who think they know more than the owner are really annoying. I hope my dog got a good nip in.

We have been using g Banfield on Fairway for many years. We have gone through a long illness with our German Shorthair Chevy who battled a stomach tumor that recently necessitated euthanizing him. Dr. Craig has been with us every step of the way helping us make him comfortable and preparing us for the inevitable. He very gently let us know when it was time, and when that heartbreaking day came, he and the staff were so caring towards Chevy and us. We will forever be thankful for the comfort they provided us, even after the final goodbye with a follow-up card of condolence . Thank you Fairway Banfield.

Banfield is the best place to bring your pet. They are very friendly and helpful doctors and staff. They always have taken good care of my cat zoe. They check up on Zoe making sure she is ok and has a health plan that is very helpful and affordable for our pets. I like to say thank you to the vets and your staff for always taking care of my cat zoe. I am truly grateful for everything you guys have done for me.

overpriced, poor care, local banfields don’t “share the same system” undisclosed diagnosis on our pets records when we switched caregivers, overall 0/5 experience
