  Incredibly rude and all about $$. Took my dog who is a patient of this office in for bowel issues. She was not even placed into a room and not checked out by a tech yet …. when they handed me an estimate of $$ while I was sitting in the waiting room. Imagine getting handed a bill before your pet is even examined or placed into an exam room. NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WITH PETS IN MEDICAL NEED.

  This place wanted $400 of blood work and $700 for neutering. The Sacramento SPCA is going to do it for $200, and pull his tooth tooth for $5. You don't need blood work for a perfectly healthy dog. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  This office was excellent. I brought my small Shih-tzu here and she was well cared for her. The staff explained very clearly all her shots and her blood work. We could tell they love and appreciate animals here.

  Everyone was nice except the vet and for that reason I will not go back. She didn't realize the door was open when they took my dog back to get an X-ray and thought that was an appropriate time to be rude. I was obviously there because something was wrong with my dog. I agreed to a $600 X-ray but couldn't do the extra $400 to have a radiologist read the X-ray and that wasn't even all the test they wanted to do. Unfortunately I don't have the money to spend thousands on testing and then go to the ER like they recommended for treatment on top of that. To make comments not knowing I could hear her saying that it wasn't fair to my dog (obviously..that's why I brought her in) but then to say I need a reality check, is ridiculous. I didn't say anything in the moment cause my focus was my dog. Extremely unacceptable when someone is bringing there sick dog in
