  Fast friendly and professional service, first time taking my pup here and the staff was great , very informative and helpful. Place is clean and even though it was a busy morning, the service is fast and professional, they answered all my questions and took care of my pup in a very professional way.

  My daughter took her kitten here. The male Dr came in, didn't introduce himself, didn't listen to the medical history of the cat. VERY Rude. He didn't listen to my daughter, looked up her food and said the food was "Awfuly Expensive". Sir, my daugher is a PHD if you have school debt and cannot afford food for your animals that is your issue. YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE THIS GUY'S EGO SUPERCEEDS HIS CARE OF ANIMALS. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. Front office Staff were great feel bad they work for such an egotistical jerk.

  Unfortunately this vet seems to be going downhill lately. Not sure what’s going on over there. They misdiagnosed my dog. Wasted my time and money and did little to fix the solution. In fact. The doctor even lied when I called back to discuss the problem. If you want good care, don’t come here!

  I never write negative reviews, but this was one of the worst vet experiences I have had. I would not recommend. When we first got there, the clinic looked closed because the windows were covered with wood panels, and it looked run down, but I put that aside because my 12 year old dog needed help. What really disappointed me was the way Dr. Debbie Estrada treated us. She never introduced herself, and from the beginning she seemed rude and judgmental. I felt like she was assuming I had neglected my dog instead of trying to understand the situation. I obviously cared for him if I brought him in. She sighed several times during the appointment and her tone made me feel like we were an inconvenience. The hardest part was discussing euthanasia. I knew it was the right decision for my dog, but it was also the most heartbreaking decision I’ve ever had to make. She showed no compassion or comfort during the process, her nor any staff member ever gave a simple, “I’m sorry for your loss.” On top of that, they tried to charge me $47 for the first exam even though their website clearly says first-time visits are $25. They corrected it after I mentioned it, but no one apologized or acknowledged it after. Compassion would have went a long way, and it’s something we needed during this difficult time. Given that it is a vet hospital, we just expected professionalism and respect. I would have gone elsewhere if I had a little more time with my dog, but I put him first throughout this whole experience because he really needed it.
