When I arrived the Groomer I scheduled with was out sick and there was no note that the Service was scheduled as VIP. (which simply means, the dog is not kenneled & barking for hours waiting to be groomed) I ended up having to cancel the appointment, which was disappointing. The Groomer that did my other dog, did a great job! I have rescheduled VIP service with her for today!

It's like I get a brand new dog every time.
